CERTAIN THINGS IN COMMON: New Congressional Report on Donald Trump, Jeffrey Epstein, and Paolo Zampolli. Plus special guest Victoria Drake.

Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee have released a new report on Donald Trump, Jeffrey Epstein, Paolo Zampolli, and the victims the report says the two men shared through an international child sex-trafficking ring. The report comes just one week before one of the most consequential midterm elections in U.S. history. It reveals explosive new details, including allegations from Beatrice Keul, a young Swiss model who says Trump raped her in 1993 at the Plaza Hotel in New York City during a beauty pageant. The report also sheds new light on Anouska De Georgiou and her connection to Trump. And Democrats accuse Attorney General Todd Blanche of coaching Ghislaine Maxwell not to talk about a 14-year-old victim. Finally, Ed uses the report to crack the mystery of who the girl was that Donald Trump allegedly purchased from Epstein for $22,500. Ed also talks with special guest Victoria Drake, who recently filed a federal lawsuit alleging that Paolo Zampolli raped her in 2023.

BOTCHED: Six Pages no Charges, What the DA left out of the Cornell 7 Case

In October 2024, a Cornell sophomore, Jane Doe, says she was sexually assaulted by multiple men at the Chi Phi fraternity house during a night of drinking and ketamine use. Weeks later she went to the Cornell University Police Department. On November 14, 2024, an investigator interviewed her at length. The officer drafted a six-page statement written in her voice and handed it to her to sign. She took it home, added about 20 handwritten notes, signed it, and returned it the next day. Police sent the statement to Tompkins County District Attorney Matthew Van Houten. His office concluded the facts it described didn’t amount to a crime. No charges were filed, and the investigation was over almost as soon as it began. Then, in September 2026, Jane Doe filed a civil lawsuit against Cornell University, her sorority, the fraternity, two Ithaca bars and eight men. The story went viral, and with it came the question: why was no one ever charged? DA Van Houten answered with a press release. It quoted and paraphrased selected parts of Jane Doe’s statement to argue that it alleged no crime. In this episode, Ed puts the press release side by side with the statement itself. He shows what the DA left out: critical allegations, and key parts of New York’s consent law. He also shows how the way police took Jane Doe’s statement doomed the case from the start.

THE LOOPHOLE MYTH: Voluntary Intoxication is not a Rape Pass

With renewed attention on allegations that a 20-year-old Cornell University student was sexually assaulted by multiple fraternity members (the so-called “Cornell 7”), news outlets have reported that a legal “loophole” makes it “nearly impossible” to prove rape in New York when the victim was voluntarily intoxicated. That framing is dangerously misleading. It could lead a victim to believe that if she was drinking before she was raped, her rapist gets a free pass, and that simply isn’t the law. This episode breaks down what the loophole actually covers, what it doesn’t, and the ways New York prosecutors can still prove rape, including first-degree rape, even when the victim was voluntarily intoxicated. It also uses the allegations in Jane Doe v. Cornell University as a hypothetical to show how her alleged assailants could be charged with first-degree rape, even if she voluntarily consumed alcohol and ketamine.

UFC White House: The Ultimate Kickback

Trump's kickback to his power agent Ari Emanuel's William Morris Endeavor, the talent agency that owns UFC. Los Angeles voted against Spencer Pratt from being the next mayor. TikTok permanently bans L3G4L for questioning why mainstream media glazes over Bill Gates's relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. UFC White House President Donald J. Trump has opened the White House lawn for Freedom 250, a mixed martial arts battle presented by the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). The event took place on Trump’s 80th birthday and the nation’s 250th. Is UFC’s Freedom 250 a gift to Trump? Or, is Trump paying a kickback to his talent agent Ari Emanuel at William Morris Endeavor? Joe Rogan, Elon Musk, Donald Trump, all have one thing in common: they are represented by William Morris Endeavor. Spencer Pratt loses election This week disgraced has-been Spencer Pratt lost his bid to become the next mayor of the City of Los Angeles. Councilwoman Nithya Raman knocked Pratt out of the primary. Raman and will square off against incumbent Mayor Karen Bass in November. Republican pundits including all the way up to Donald Trump, without any factual basis, claim the election was rigged. What can progressives learn from Spencer Pratt’s campaign? It was a dirty campaign. Pratt was hyped by a dark publicity machine comparable to Trump’s. That makes sense when you realize both men are represented by William Morris Endeavor. Pratt failed to disclose the KSS Pratt Children’s Family Trust of 2007. Why didn’t Pratt report the income he received from GoFundMe under the pretext that he lost everything in the Palisades Fire? After being eliminated from the election, Pratt released a threatening video about Los Angeles. Unfortunate for us, it looks like Pratt doesn’t get the picture yet demands more narco supply. TikTok permanently bans L3G4L L3G4L posted a video report about House Democrats deposing Bill Gates this week about his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. Mainstream media incorporated the narrative that Gates wants you to believe: that he had cheated on his wife and Epstein exploited it for leverage. Why does legacy media gloss over the critical questions: what did Gates get out of his relationship with Epstein? What about Melanie Starnes Walker? Epstein groomed her since 1992. Walker became a neurosurgeon and a director of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Walker married Steve Sinofsky, President of Microsoft Windows Division. Epstein had a much deeper relationship with Microsoft than simply finding STD meds for Bill Gates. What about Gates’s former Chief Science Advisor Boris Nikolic? Epstein named Nikolic the executor of his estate. Spencer Pratt: Loser

L3G4L.COM - A special Investigation by Attorney Ed Lyman Spencer Pratt wants to be the next Mayor of Los Angeles. He's 42 years old, pro-ICE, and still lives off his father. He blocked me on social media. This triggered me to investigate what is Spencer Pratt hiding? In this special investigation, I dig deep into the background, finances, and character of one of LA's most controversial mayoral candidates. What I found raises serious questions. The Financial Disclosures Pratt is required by law to file a Form 700 disclosing his financial interests as a candidate for public office. I discovered that Pratt appears to have failed to disclose a family trust on those mandatory forms. And then there are the PPP loans — Pratt's company, Pratt Productions, Inc., received pandemic relief funds during COVID-19, with Pratt claiming he had 10 employees at the time. Ed investigates whether the information Pratt provided to obtain those loans was accurate. The Memoir I read Pratt's recently published memoir — and found more questions than answers. Pratt openly brags about his habitual abuse of drugs and alcohol, including mairjuna, ephedrine, benzos, and acid. Pratt glorifies the lifestyle. But there's something conspicuously missing: his grandfather. Why does Pratt hide who is grandfather was? William Chauncey Pratt Jr. Why does Spencer Pratt barely mention him? What is Spencer hiding about his family's background? The Conspiracy Theories & Paranoid Thinking Pratt has been publicly blaming the devastating Palisades Fire — which destroyed his own home — on DEI initiatives. I fact-check Pratt's claims and exposes the misinformation embedded in his campaign. This isn't the only conspiracy theory Pratt has promoted. His pattern of paranoid, unfounded thinking raises real concerns about his fitness for office. Pratt worships Alex Jones and has appeared on his show multiple times. The Personal Allegations Pratt's own sister has alleged that he committed domestic violence against her — and that he introduced her to hard drugs when she was just 15 years old. She has also alleged that he was involved in a cult. These are serious accusations that deserve serious scrutiny. Oh, and this: Pratt and his wife Heidi Montag once blew through $10 million dollars because they genuinely believed an asteroid was going to destroy the Earth. Pratt and his wife Heidi Montag believed in the Mayan Apocalypse! They believed crazed star killers were going to unalive them. So, they escaped to Costa Rica. The Propaganda Machine Who is funding and promoting Spencer Pratt's mayoral run? Ed pulls back the curtain on the powerful interests behind Pratt's campaign — including connections to Omnicom's Octagon Entertainment and William Morris Endeavor. And why is progressive attorney and Internet personality Ben Meiselas' Los Angeles Magazine publishing what looks like propaganda on Pratt's behalf? The Princess and the Pedophile

Epstein framed The Times headline of Princess Diana wearing her revenge dress in 1994. The FBI found it hanging in the back of a closet in his pool house on his island. Epstein was connected to Royalty through his close friend Baroness Rosa Monckton (UK House of Lords) and her husband Dominic Lawson, a famous journalist from the UK who is allegedly an Mi6 asset. Monckton purportedly attempted to set Epstein up with Diana. Over the past 15 years, Dominic Lawson has published articles defending Prince Andrew while minimizing Epstein's crimes. Why? This episode starts out with the formation of Epstein's relationship with Rosa Monckton in the mid 1980s. In July 2025, the Donald Trump's Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, who is number two in charge of the U.S. Department of Justice, interviewed Ghislaine Maxwell in federal prison, about Epstein's connections to British Royalty. In 1998, while Epstein was supposed to be serving time in county jail for soliciting prostitution from a minor, he was frequently emailing his publicist Peggy Siegal. She sent him an interesting email describing her then 17-year old daughter's physical appearance. Peggy Siegal wrote that she would send Epstein pictures of her daughter. In 1998 Dominic Lawson was outed as an Mi6 asset. The Labour party filed a motion in the UK Parliament to have Lawson removed as an editor from his newspaper. Lawson denies the allegations that he was working for Mi6. In 1999, Rosa Monckton, her husband Dominic Lawson, and their daughters visited Jeffrey Epstein's place in Palm Beach. Around the same time, Epstein was flying around with then-Prince Andrew. In 2000, Ghislaine Maxwell recruited and groomed Virginia Roberts (now Giuffre), a 16-year-old locker room attendant at Donald Trump's infamous Mar-a-Lago. The following year, Epstein trafficked Virginia Giuffre to then-Prince Andrew. In 2003, Vanity Fair magazine's Vicki Ward published a publicity piece about Jeffrey Epstein. The article quotes Rosa Monckton who describes how Epstein offered to help her family while they struggled with the difficulties of raising their daughter Domenica Lawson, who was born with Down syndrome. Domenica Lawson was Princess Diana's goddaughter. In 2011, when headlines broke that Virignia Roberts Giuffre was trafficked to Prince Andrew, Dominic Lawson wrote a hit piece about her and defended Prince Andrew. In 2019, Epstein was arrested a second time and allegedly hanged himself in jail while awaiting trial. A month later, Dominic Lawson wrote another article defending then-Prince Andrew and Epstein's lawyer Andrew Dershowitz. Why? In 2024, Baroness Rosa Monckton was appointed as a member of the UK House of Lords.
