    The Missing Piece

After my seizure, I thought finding the answer would be simple. Go to the doctor.Run the tests.Get a diagnosis.Start treatment.Move on. Instead, I found myself trapped in an endless cycle of appointments, bloodwork, referrals, and waiting rooms. Every appointment seemed to raise more questions than it answered. In this episode of Reclaiming Her, I share the next chapter of my healing journey—the moment I stopped waiting for someone else to solve the mystery of my health and started following the clues myself. What began as another appointment with my naturopath eventually led to a discovery inside our home that changed everything. Not because it solved all my health problems... But because it gave me something I hadn't felt in years. Hope. This episode isn't really about mold. It's about what happens when we stop searching for one perfect answer and begin paying attention to the clues our lives have been giving us all along. In this episode you'll hear: • What happened after my seizure and why I still didn't have answers • The emotional reality of living with unexplained symptoms • Why my naturopath started looking beyond traditional explanations • How discovering hidden mold in our home became one of the biggest clues in my healing journey • The surprising emotion I felt when the mold was confirmed • Why healing wasn't one breakthrough—but a series of small discoveries • The lesson this experience taught me about trusting my body Whether you're navigating chronic illness, burnout, grief, a difficult season of life, or simply feel like something isn't quite right, I hope this episode reminds you that healing often begins with curiosity—not certainty. The Day My Body Said "No."

There was a time when I believed my greatest strength was my ability to push through. Push through the exhaustion.Push through the pain.Push through the anxiety.Push through another day. Until one ordinary morning... my body said no. In this deeply personal episode of Reclaiming Her, I share one of the most frightening experiences of my life—the day I collapsed at work, the terrifying symptoms that landed me in the emergency room, and the heartbreaking moment I began questioning whether I could even trust myself. But this episode isn't really about a medical emergency. It's about the hidden cost of constantly putting everyone else first. It's about what happens when our identity becomes tied to being the strong one, the dependable one, the one who never lets anyone down. And it's about the moment I realized that resilience and self-abandonment aren't the same thing. In this episode we explore: • Why high-achieving women often ignore their own needs • The hidden cost of constantly pushing through • What happens when your body can no longer keep up • Why so many women stop trusting themselves • The difference between resilience and self-abandonment • The question that changed the course of my healing journey If you've ever felt exhausted, overwhelmed, burned out, or like you've been carrying the weight of everyone else's expectations... I hope this episode reminds you that you don't have to earn your right to rest. Reflection Question Where in your life have you confused pushing through with being strong? The Whispers I Kept Ignoring

In this episode of Reclaiming Her, I share the beginning of my health and healing journey, long before there was a diagnosis. This isn't really a story about chronic illness. It's a story about what happens when we stop listening to ourselves. I open up about becoming a new mom, struggling to balance work and family, chasing success, living with constant anxiety, and ignoring the quiet whispers that something needed to change. Looking back, I can see my body wasn't failing me, it was trying to communicate with me. If you've ever felt exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, stuck in a career that no longer fits, burdened by people-pleasing, or afraid to trust your own intuition, this episode is for you. In this episode, we'll explore: • Why we slowly lose touch with ourselves • The hidden cost of constantly pushing through • Mom guilt, perfectionism, and people-pleasing • Why anxiety can make it difficult to hear your intuition • How our bodies often whisper long before they scream This episode is an invitation to pause and ask yourself one simple question: What whisper have I been ignoring? ✨ Connect with Me If this episode resonated with you, I'd love to hear from you. 📸 Instagram: @reclaimingherthepodcast 🌿 Learn more, connect with holistic practitioners, or explore my work at FindHer.net ⭐ If you're enjoying Reclaiming Her, leaving a rating and written review is one of the best ways to help this podcast reach more women who need these conversations.

Episode 1: The Woman I Had to Become Before I Could Reclaim Her

From the outside, my life looked successful. I had a career I loved, a wonderful family, amazing friends, financial stability, and a life many people would have been grateful for. So why did I feel so disconnected from myself? In this very first episode of Reclaiming Her, I'm sharing the story of the moment I realized that despite checking all the boxes and achieving many of the things I thought would make me happy, something was missing. We'll talk about perfectionism, people-pleasing, chasing external validation, and the hidden cost of living a life that looks good on paper but no longer feels aligned. Most importantly, I'll share the realization that changed everything: There was never anything wrong with me. I had simply become disconnected from myself. If you've ever felt stuck, exhausted, overwhelmed, or like you've lost yourself somewhere along the way, this episode is for you. In this episode:• Why achievement and success weren't enough• The moment I realized something needed to change• How I lost touch with myself without realizing it• The lesson that became the foundation of Reclaiming Her• A question that may change how you view your own journey And stay tuned until the end, because in the next episode, I'll share how my body eventually forced me to pay attention, and how that became the beginning of my healing journey.
