BONUS: The Sonny Disposition: Narcissists, Podcasters & Getting Cancelled

Pull up an extra chair! This week's special Sunday Lunch: Side Dish welcomes comedian and creator Simon Taylor and actor Maddy Tyers, stars of the brilliant new Australian sitcom The Sonny Disposition, streaming now on Stan. Simon plays Sonny Tyler, a hilariously self-absorbed podcaster desperately trying to climb Australia's podcast rankings. Maddy plays Maddie Wheeler, the co-working space manager tasked with keeping the chaos under control. Sound familiar? We're suddenly feeling very self-conscious about our own podcast! Simon reveals the extraordinary story behind the show's creation, from an abandoned office to a fully fledged television series. We discuss narcissistic podcasters, the exhausting world of content creation, chasing algorithms, viral scandals and what it REALLY takes to grow a podcast. Simon even shares some questionable advice for Sunday Lunch! But first, we put our guests through the Sunday Lunch treatment: embarrassing school formal photos, favourite books and podcasts, family feuds, housing politics and the very important question of what makes a successful Sunday lunch. And because this is Sunday Lunch, we inevitably end up discussing Real Housewives, Selling Sunset, Chrishell and G Flip's breakup, Drag Race and MAFS. Plus, Maddy reveals her dream acting role, and the interview takes a decidedly Dorinda Medley turn. CLIP! CLIP! CLIP! Warming Oceans, Christmas & Hugh Grant's Villain Era

Bogan Deb, Christmas Chaos & Hugh Grant's Villain EraFrom the warming oceans to skincare, Christmas modelling and Bogan Deb, this week we're covering the full spectrum of things keeping us awake at night. Some more serious than others. What's Distracting Us? Jess is worried about the oceans, and what begins as a conversation about climate change quickly becomes a spirited debate about Australian politics, renewable energy, government responsibility and why your vote matters. Meanwhile, Sof has considerably more festive concerns. She's been asked to model for Brisbane label Ric Rac Road's Christmas collection (a dream come true!), she's started tretinoin, and she's fallen completely in love with Tim Collins's iconic Bogan Deb. Honestly, we all know a Deb. We also talk about the wonderful people in the book community, Jess's Sydney book tour for The Burn, and Sof's night out with Naima Brown, author of The Cruise. Things take a heartfelt turn when Sof shares how she's getting involved with Share the Dignity's It's in the Bag Christmas appeal and the incredibly moving Dear Her letters written for women experiencing hardship. What We're Recommending Hugh Grant's gloriously unsettling performance in Heretic, Olivia Wilde's brilliant ensemble comedy The Invite, and the slightly questionable decision-making in The Last Frontier (otherwise known as the Josh Hartnett show, Below). Plus, a little RHOC matchmaking chaos involving Heather Dubrow, Shannon Beador and Gina Kirschenheiter. And naturally, we're considering inviting Meghan Markle onto the podcast. RHONY: Erin & Abe's Explosive Fight, Daisy vs Sai | RHOSLC + RHOL

This week, the Housewives are delivering hypocrisy, b******t, marital meltdowns and an alleged floral crime. Naturally, Sof and Jess have thoughts. We're diving into The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, New York City and London, and there is a LOT to unpack. RHOSLC Mary, Angie & the Great Flower Scandal Is Mary treating Angie like a friend or a loyal subject? Sof has a theory about their increasingly uncomfortable friendship, and Jess isn't convinced Mary deserves the moral high ground. Meanwhile, Britani is accused of stealing flowers (to give to elderly people!), Lisa and Meredith are giving mean girls, and Whitney is once again saying everything she's promised herself she wouldn't. RHONY  Marriage, Money & Hypocrisy Erin and Abe's Cuban birthday party gives us one of the most relatable marital arguments in Housewives history. We unpack parenting, anxiety, emotional labour and why being a father doesn't stop just because it's your birthday. Plus, Pavit delivers immaculate shade, Carole becomes the shoe police (until someone asks HER to remove her shoes), and Daisy and Sai's friendship reaches boiling point. Is Daisy the new Ramona? And why is everyone so determined to make Jessel follow their rules? RHOL  Roasts, Tramps & Titanic Amanda's roast delivers some spectacular insults, AK makes an awkward entrance, and Panthea publicly calls Amanda a tramp before somehow negotiating a truce. As you do. And finally, the mystery keeping us awake at night: WAS TITANIQUE REALLY CANCELLED? Xander has some VERY strong opinions about Kelly, Dorinda is making eggs and apparently Ramona has decided who deserves to eat dinner.Plus, yacht-party disasters, Harry Dubin, Luann's fabulous entourage and why there's something rather wonderful about watching women embrace their golden years unapologetically.CHAPTERS00:59 — The Golden Life: The RHONY OGs Take Palm Beach04:23 — RHONY Hot Takes: Takeover, Takedown or Take a Seat?10:40 — Sonja vs Dorinda: Old Feuds, New Battlegrounds21:36 — The Golden Life Premiere: Palm Beach, Money & Makeovers26:21 — Sonja Morgan's Financial Fallout30:05 — The Two Sides of Sonja: Authentic or Playing a Character?37:58 — Dorinda's Eggs & Luann's Entourage49:31 — Ramona's Sip & Shop: Palm Beach Gatecrashers56:13 — Sonja's Sobriety Claims & Ramona's VIP Meltdown1:02:52 — The Golden Life Verdict, Margaret Josephs & ReinventionMENTIONED• The Golden Life — E!• Watch The Golden Life on Hayu Australia• The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip• The Real Housewives of New Jersey• Below Deck — Bravo Special Guest A huge thank you to our special guest Xander Cross.  Find him on instagram HERE. Carole vs Sai, Erin's Receipts & Hailey's Mystery Money

This week, we're serving up a full Housewives feast! The Real Housewives of New York (RHONY), Potomac (RHOP) and London (RHOL) are all on the menu, and between the billionaire islands, cursed jewellery and spectacular social climbing, there is plenty to unpack. The Real Housewives of New York (RHONY)We're STILL on Moskito Island, where Carole and Sai's confrontation over the Epstein files takes another turn, Erin's alleged dossiers raise eyebrows, and Hailey's mysterious wealth has everyone demanding answers. Plus, an unfortunate bathroom confession, Daisy's endless complaints, Jessel's fabulous one-liners and Sof's deep dive into the fascinating history of Jackie Kennedy's allegedly cursed Cartier Tank watch. And in a Sunday Lunch rarity, Sof and Jess find themselves firmly on opposite sides of the Erin debate. The Real Housewives of Potomac (RHOP)Potomac is back, and so is Robyn Dixon! But will she finally give us the transparency we've been waiting for? We unpack the new season, Gizelle's friendships, Wendy's legal troubles, Ashley's love life and Karen Huger's return. Is the Grand Dame ready for a new chapter? We're rooting for her, but we have questions. The Real Housewives of London (RHOL)The fabulous Antigua getaway comes to an end, but the drama certainly doesn't. Panthea takes her feud with Juliet Mayhew into uncomfortable territory, the ladies rally around each other, and a glamorous new arrival, Anna-Karina, has plenty to say about Nessie. Class, privilege, motherhood and social climbing, London's giving us everything. 00:00 – Welcome & a Sunday Lunch shake-up 09:09 – RHONY: Mosquito Island & bathroom confessions 21:33 – RHONY: Carole vs Sai and the Epstein files 33:48 – RHONY: Hailey's money & the cursed Cartier 51:44 – RHONY: Erin's accountability problem 1:05:11 – RHOP: Robyn returns & new drama 1:12:00 – RHOP: Karen Huger & second chances 1:19:21 – RHOL: Antigua after dark 1:24:00 – RHOL: Panthea vs Juliet Mayhew 1:34:25 – RHOL: Anna-Karina, Nessie & social climbing MentionedJackie Kennedy's Cartier Tank watch – Christie's auction historyThe Real Housewives of Potomac – BravoThe Real Housewives of London – BravoPull Up a Chair!Love the show? The Epstein Files, Equinox, Hypocrisy & B******t

This week on Sunday Lunch: Reality Served: A Housewives diss track for the ages, Carole Radziwill's Epstein-files conversation, friendship betrayals, billionaire dates and a truly extraordinary amount of lip-filler drama.Sof and Jess are back to dissect The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City (RHOSLC), New York City (RHONY) and London (RHOL). And honestly, what a week for Bravo.❄️ The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Lisa Barlow and Meredith Marks debut their Glam Kittens diss track, Hypocrisy and B******t, at Bronwyn Newport's Studio 54 party. Sof thinks it's performance art. Jess thinks it's mean. Both agree it's spectacularly terrible television. We also unpack Bronwyn's new relationship, her struggle to find her confidence, and why bringing your boyfriend on a girls' trip is rarely a good idea.🍎 The Real Housewives of New York City The Moskito Island holiday delivers! Sai questions Carole Radziwill about her past connections to Ghislaine Maxwell and Prince Andrew, and we unpack Carole's response, the Epstein-files conversation and why asking difficult questions matters. Meanwhile, Daisy and Sai's friendship fractures, Erin faces accusations of spreading private information, and Jessel remains gloriously unbothered. Plus, Jenna Lyons, Equinox and a rumour that never needed to make it onto television.🥂 The Real Housewives of London Karen's yacht delivers luxury, Amanda Caroline declares herself an English icon, and Panthea's lip-filler feud takes centre stage. We discuss female friendships, loyalty, money, motherhood and why everyone is arguing about lips when there's a BILLIONAIRE WEEKEND we desperately need to hear more about.🕳️ Chapters 00:00  Hypocrisy & Bullshi t00:08 Welcome to Sunday Lunch 01:26  RHOSLC: Bronwyn's San Francisco trip 12:22 The Glam Kittens' disastrous disco performance 23:29 RHONY: Mosquito Island 24:11 Carole Radziwill and the Epstein conversation 42:27 Daisy, Sai, Erin and the Equinox rumour 59:52  RHOL: Karen's yacht and London luxury 1:16:00  Lip filler, friendship drama and billionaires 1:33:59  What Distracted Us This Week?1:44:40  Recommendations: What we're watching 🔗 Recommendations & Mentions Jess recommends: Below – Netflix: Josh Hartnett, nostalgia and a mysterious giant sea creature. Bethenny, Buffy & the Zombie Apocalypse with Jason Zeffir

This week, we've pulled up an extra chair! NYC author, pop culture commentator and Bravo obsessive Jason Zeffir joins Sof and Jess as our first guest co-host. And he understood the assignment. We're talking Buffy, Housewives, zombie survival squads and the revelation that Jason has been BLOCKED by Kathy Hilton. An achievement, frankly. The Real Housewives of New York City (RHONY): Erika's private island (or is it?) has Daisy asking questions. We unpack Jessel vs Erin's insurance joke, Daisy stirring the pot, Carole's silk pillowcases, Hailey's one-liners and Sai's divorce bombshell. Jason shares his real-life encounters with Carole and Adam, and we ask: can someone PLEASE give Martha Stewart an apple? The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City (RHOSLC): Heather's rekindled romance raises eyebrows, Ashley and Whitney's friendship unravels, and Angie's marriage revelations get us talking about women finding their voices. What Distracted Us: Zombies of the Upper East Side We dive into Jason's deliciously dark, hilarious debut novel: wealthy Manhattan housewives, scandal, social climbing, complicated friendships and, naturally, a zombie apocalypse. Jason dishes on the real New Yorkers behind his characters, writing and publishing, the pressure to create "likable" women and growing his online audience. Plus: dream Hollywood casting, Jessica Chastain's DMs, Sonja Morgan's reaction and what happens when the Upper East Side meets the undead. Come for the Housewives. Stay for the zombies.
