For Peter Langlois, that question emerged after he walked away from something that had consumed an enormous amount of his time and energy. Suddenly, there was space—and with it came the question: What now? An unexpected invitation led Peter to explore purpose and passion. What he discovered affected him enough that he eventually became a certified Passion Test facilitator himself. But this conversation is about much more than one tool. Peter and I talk about finding purpose without making it another achievement, revisiting things we once loved, taking chances later in life, friendship, loneliness, retirement, trusting other people and letting go of other people’s ideas about what our lives should look like.
