Real and Raw

I just love these ladies. I’ve been listening to their podcast for the last 3 years, and they have helped change my way of thinking so much. They are real, raw straight to the point. Thank you for being such an amazing show!!!

Not so much “balanced”

Started listening from the beginning and LOVED the podcast - Diane & Liz made a good team & the interviews were informative. Recently it’s all about keto (clearly because that’s what she’s selling). Diane often talks more than the experts being interviewed. I don’t think promoting keto on the past several episodes qualifies as a balanced view on nutrition.
