I've just taken a 6 day break, and before I went into that break I had 5 key questions I wanted answers too. I've got 80% of my answers, and it was only possible by slowing down, spending time in silence, and reflecting that allowed me to do this. Truly makes you think and helps you manifest an awesome life

I’ve been a loyal listener since the beginning and Ben has always been extremely honest, knowledgeable, raw, well-spoken, and clearly wants to do everything he can to serve his audience.

Listening to this podcast has had a profound impact on my nutrition, fitness, and mindset and is a big reason why I am proud of the person I am today and am living an awesome life!

The education I’ve gained from this podcast has helped me lose over 50 lbs, get rid of my high blood pressure, overcome depression, overcome an eating disorder, and has inspired me to become a certified personal trainer and health coach!

I know I can trust everything Ben and Tom say because they base everything off of research and approach everything without bias.

Finally, someone who doesn’t come across as over elite and explains things!

My favorite part about listening to Ben and his show is that Ben clearly has an abundance of well researched and tested knowledge. But he doesn’t come across as so elite that following him is useless. He talks to the listeners as if they are his best friends asking for help. Even the quick shows start with a “how are you? I hope you’re awesome!” and oddly I feel like he’s seriously saying / meaning. that and not just using a good opening line. Ben and his guests have really expanded my food / training knowledge and continue to do so. Thanks Ben, thanks Tom, and thanks to your guests!
