Hereditary (2018) Spoiler Review | Reel & Uncut EP 18 |

Full spoiler review of Hereditary (2018). Dylan, Scott, and Russell break down Ari Aster's horror debut and argue hilariously over the movie's most controversial scene. The guys dig into Toni Collette's Oscar worthy performance, the now famous miniature to bedroom opening shot, and why Ari Aster wrote a 130 page shot list and built an entire house on a Park City, Utah soundstage instead of shooting on location. Russell explains why he hated the ending on his first watch in theaters and how a rewatch years later completely changed his mind. Dylan will not let the sister's allergic reaction scene go, laying out exactly why he does not buy it even in an otherwise flawless movie. Scott shares his own first watch frustration with the ending and the real tongue clicking trend the film accidentally started in theaters. The hosts also unpack the actual ending, the demonic cult conspiracy behind the Graham family's tragedies, trade trivia on the three hour original cut and the nine deleted scenes, and land on where Hereditary sits on the War of the Worlds scale. Other Mommy (2026) Full Spoiler Review | Reel & Uncut EP 17 |

Full spoiler Other Mommy (2026) review from a comedy movie podcast that saw it opening day. Dylan and Russell put Jessica Chastain's new horror on trial and land it on the War of the Worlds scale.SPOILER WARNING: Some details cover the full plot and endingRecorded immediately after leaving the theater, Dylan opens by calling it Coraline 2 (Russell has never seen Coraline), then the guys break down Chastain's dual role as Ursula and Other Mommy, the stretched-neck scene Russell would still shoot his shot at, and why everything the entity does stays real instead of hiding behind a dream sequence. They argue about the cheating subplot, go back and forth on whether Russ should have gotten a fake-out moment with Uncle Frank, and riff on the ball pit chase, the split-in-half shot, the glitter foreshadowing, and the Ghostbusters-style seance at Grandma's house. Then the big gripe: the Other Mommy ending, and the final second both hosts would cut. Plus jump scares stacked up against Obsession, a Jay Duplass fun fact, and Scott sitting this one out from Michigan.Follow the show and tell us in the comments where YOU'D put it on the War of the Worlds scale.Save 30% on Labor Lama gear at laborlama.com with code RU30.

The guys trace the film back to its 1958 source novel and the forgotten 2007 TV sequel, riff on the shared composer with The Sixth Sense, and land on where Stir of Echoes falls on the walkout scale. Silent Hill (2006) Spoiler Review | Reel & Uncut EP 15 |

Dylan and Scott call Silent Hill a slept on horror movie that holds up. They dig into the practical effects behind the creatures (real dancers and acrobats under prosthetics and CGI), clock Laurie Holden as Andrea from The Walking Dead. Then there's Russell, who confidently answers a question about his favorite scene before admitting on air that he never actually watched the movie. Dylan also goes on a full Rotten Tomatoes rant, comparing the critic score to the audience popcorn meter. Fallen (1998) Denzel Washington Spoiler Review | Reel & Uncut EP 14 |

The guys dig into why this one flies under the radar despite a stacked cast (Denzel Washington, John Goodman, Donald Sutherland, James Gandolfini). They break down the Azazel body-jumping twist, the reveal that the film's narrator isn't who you think, and why Denzel reportedly passed on Se7en before taking this one on. Expect a hot take comparing Fallen's villain concept to a certain recent Spider-Man movie, John Goodman's best one-liner in the film, and a story about how one host discovered Fallen tucked inside a Training Day double pack. The guys land on a unanimous easy recommend and a rewatch favorite. 3 Underrated Stacked-Cast Movies | Reel & Uncut EP 13 |

Full spoiler review of The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford (2007), Lonely Hearts (2006), and In the Heart of the Sea (2015). Dylan, Scott, and Russell go unhinged over three underrated, stacked-cast movies most people have never heard of, funny takes and all. Thirteen episodes in, the guys break down what makes each of these films fly under the radar despite A-list casts: Chris Hemsworth and Tom Holland in In the Heart of the Sea, John Travolta and Jared Leto in Lonely Hearts, and Brad Pitt and Casey Affleck in The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford. Expect Hemsworth's brutal weight-loss story, the real-life Lonely Hearts Killers, the Shia LaBeouf casting almost-was, and Russell's case for his favorite Brad Pitt performance of all time. The guys rate each film on the War of the Worlds walkout scale and land in three very different places. New reviews every week. The Odyssey (2026) Spoiler Review | Christopher Nolan's BEST Ever? | Reel & Uncut EP 12 |

Full spoiler review of The Odyssey (2026). Dylan, Scott, and Russell get hilariously nerdy dissecting Christopher Nolan's IMAX epic, from the 91-day shoot to their one real disagreement of the episode. All three hosts land firmly in "one of the best movies of the year" territory, with Russell going as far as calling Nolan one of the greatest directors in film history by the end of the conversation. They break down whether shooting on real IMAX 70mm film actually matters, dig into the $250 million production (six countries, a full-scale Troy set, a score built with ancient instruments instead of an orchestra), and trace The Odyssey's surprising connection back to 2004's Troy and the Coen Brothers' O Brother, Where Art Thou? The one place they don't fully agree: Circe's shapeshifting scene, which splits the room between "one of my favorite scenes ever" and "kind of cheesy up close." They also riff on Robert Pattinson and Tom Holland's performances, and drop a genuinely wild piece of trivia about Nolan almost directing Troy before Warner Bros. handed him Batman instead. They also cover the franchise's forgotten X-Files origins, Tony Todd's final on-screen role as the mortician who ties the saga together, and the news that Final Destination 7 already has a reported 2028 release date. Follow the show and tell us in the comments where YOU'D put this franchise on the Walkout Score scale. #FinalDestination #FinalDestinationBloodlines #HorrorMovies #MovieReview #FilmReview #MoviePodcast #ComedyPodcast #ReelAndUncut
