Has the content you've consumed the last few days increased your growth as a person and helped you become the person you hope to be? Is it meaningful or meaningless? In this episode of 'Shout for Joy,' we discuss the concept of a 'content diet' based on Matthew Kelly's book. We encourage everyone to reflect on what they allow into their lives and to focus on cultivating joy, gratitude, and wisdom.
