    Lioness: After Action — Season 3 Episode 7 “Kiss the Girls” Joe is finally back — but the mystery surrounding her kidnapping is far from over. In this episode of Lioness: After Action, I break down Lioness Season 3 Episode 7, “Kiss the Girls,” including Joe’s escape, Babat’s downfall, the QRF’s rescue on the soccer field, and the emotional moment where Bobby and Cruz finally give Joe the space to break down after everything she has survived. We also talk about Kyle’s huge contribution to finding Joe, Two Cups making sure Joe understands exactly what Kyle did for her, and why the relationship between Joe and Kyle seems to be developing into genuine mutual respect.     Amazon cancelled its planned Stargate revival before filming began—but Michael Shanks was reportedly returning as Daniel Jackson, and the proposed story may have involved an advanced Earth starship, an alternate reality and several returning Stargate characters.     What am i watching this week 08/09/26 | Geek In Camo

    This week on What Am I Watching This Week?, I’m talking Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, Lioness, Lanterns, the huge Season 3 finale of Silo, the new Apple TV movie Mayday, and a Robin Williams classic — Bicentennial Man. Star Trek: Strange New Worlds goes full soap opera this week with Like Chronitons Through the Hourglass. After some of the more divisive episodes this season, I wasn’t expecting much — but surprisingly, this one worked better than I expected. Could Season 4 finally be finding its feet?In Lioness – “Sugar Land”, the conspiracy continues to grow and I’m still not convinced we’ve reached the real person at the top of everything surrounding Joe. I’ll be going much deeper into this episode separately on Lioness: After Action. I’m also continuing to enjoy Lanterns. Kyle Chandler as Hal Jordan and Aaron Pierre as John Stewart are becoming an excellent pairing, and their chemistry is one of the strongest parts of the series for me. I’ve finally finished Silo Season 3 as well.And wow.What a finish.No spoilers here, but that finale has me extremely excited for the fourth and final season. On the movie side, I watched Mayday on Apple TV starring Ryan Reynolds and Kenneth Branagh. This was simply a fun movie with the right mix of laughs, action and heart. If you’re looking for an easy movie-night recommendation, this one is worth checking out. And for this week’s throwback, I revisited Bicentennial Man starring Robin Williams.I absolutely love this film. Andrew’s journey from machine to something far more human reminds me enormously of Data’s journey through Star Trek: The Next Generation, the movies and Star Trek: Picard. Both stories explore identity, emotion, love, mortality and what it actually means to be human.     Lioness: After Action — Season 3 Episode 6: “Sugar Land” In this episode of Lioness: After Action, I break down Lioness Season 3 Episode 6, “Sugar Land,” as the hunt for Joe reaches Texas and the truth behind her kidnapping finally starts to come into focus. Operation Treasure has delivered major results, but Joe’s team soon realises they may have been looking in the wrong direction. Kyle tracks down Oleksandra, the team converges on Sugar Land, and Tex and Randy come painfully close to finding Joe without even knowing she is inside the house they are standing outside. Meanwhile, Kyle, Cody and Grady locate the extraction aircraft, forcing Joe’s captors to change their plan.     What Am I Watching This Week - 02-09-26 - Geek In Camo

    This week on **What Am I Watching This Week?**, *Star Trek* finally gives me the episode I’ve been waiting for, *Stuart Fails to Save the Universe* takes us to a universe full of cows, *Lanterns* starts playing with some controversial Green Lantern lore, *Lioness* keeps me suspicious of just about everyone… and Kyle Chandler sends me right back to the ’90s with *Early Edition*. First up, **Lioness Season 3 Episode 5 – “The Idiot Army.”** The deeper we get into Season 3, the more convinced I am that there’s still another layer behind Joe’s abduction. We’re seeing recruitment networks, intelligence operations and some very grey methods from the team — but I’m still not convinced we’ve reached the top of the chain. Then there’s **Stuart Fails to Save the Universe**, which continues to be one of the strangest and funniest things I’m watching each week. This time we get a universe where humans evolved from cows — complete with grass, cud and salt licks — and somehow it works. Even better, the episode was directed by one of my favourites: **Jonathan Frakes**, best known to Star Trek fans as William Riker from *The Next Generation* and as the director of *Star Trek: First Contact*. I’m also still onboard with **Lanterns**, although Episode 3 is where I can really understand why some comic readers are finding the series divisive. The show is making some substantial changes to John Stewart’s background and Green Lantern lore. I’m not a Green Lantern comic reader, so I’m coming at this primarily as a television viewer — and I’m still enjoying it. But I definitely want to hear from the comic fans: are these changes working for you, or has the show gone too far from the source material? For this week’s nostalgia hit, watching Kyle Chandler in *Lanterns* made me decide to go all the way back to **Early Edition**. I haven’t watched this show since I was a teenager. Gary Hobson wakes up every morning to find tomorrow’s newspaper delivered to him today, giving him the chance to stop disasters before they happen. And after all these years? **It still holds up.** There’s something really enjoyable about going back to ’90s television where a show could have one fantastic idea, great characters and a new adventure every week. And finally… **Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Season 4 Episode 6 – “Off-Hour.”** After being pretty critical of the last few episodes, I have to give the show credit this week. This was good *Star Trek*. Yes, the countdown clock and split-screen presentation gave me some serious *24* vibes, but this time the stylistic gimmick actually served the story. The Enterprise is in trouble, the crew has problems to solve, time is running out and everyone has a role to play. That’s exactly what I’ve been asking for. So after several weeks of complaining about *Strange New Worlds*… **Star Trek actually takes my Weekly Verdict this time.** This week we’re talking **Lioness: The Idiot Army, Stuart Fails to Save the Universe, Lanterns Episode 3, Early Edition and Star Trek: Strange New Worlds – Off-Hour.** And as always, I want to hear what **you’re** watching.
