Ghadakh ,

Thank you, truly.

I’ve started listening to your podcast in 2019, and it opened my eyes to so many internal struggles. I really hope you’re well and life is treating you well :)

Sending link to friends & fam

I am certainly a HSP, but I see HSP traits in many of my friends and family and I’m thinking they might find so much value in this like I do. I’m trying to think of how to tell them about this show or what episode to send them each. I do wonder what makes someone HSP? How many traits and to what extent must you have in order to feel the term fits you? Because I see HSP traits in people who I don’t think are HSP. To me, the defining factor is a sense of isolation or loneliness because of the HSP traits. Meaning, that whatever traits you have or to whatever extent you have them, you probably will not self identify as a HSP unless that feeling of isolation and disconnect is there (as a result of the HSP traits). But, I know my friends and fam have had HSP moments/times that have been deeply uncomfortable or disturbing for them and I think that may be enough for them to take interest here...

Awesome

I am not a HSP but I have a friend who is and I am wanting to understand. I am grateful to Kelly for the fantastic job she is doing helping people like me understand and enable me to be empathetic! I am a fan!
