I started as a Director of Worship Ministries in September of 2021 and this podcast has been such a huge help! I have a Bachelor’s degree in instrumental music education, but being the leader of a praise band is so different—even the music terminology has me scratching my head at times (I had to ask what W.L. on sheet music stood for, lol)! This podcast has not only helped me to realize that I’m not alone, but it has also encouraged me to grow spiritually and has helped me to improve my skill. I’m so grateful it exists!
