Have listened to Dr Berman for a decade and her advice and education has truly changed my family, my relationship and myself for the better. Not only do I have a better understanding of the “why” people do things, but how to deal with things like trauma and how changing them changes you. Can’t thank her enough. Love the kind loving approach, yet honest.

You make good points and give such helpful advice to the callers...and you do it with heart.

First off, I love this podcast. I listen daily. With the exception to Jan 3, 2019 Angela Manuela Davis. Yah. Oh. My. God. I wanted to revisit the program and count exactly how many times she said Yah but quite honestly, it would have been torture. Yah. In my best estimate, it was 75 times in the twenty minutes I listened. Yah. Absolutely ridiculous. Yah.
