    I recently wrote an article called, "How Yale Law School is Becoming the Next Harvard Business School for Leaders." Anastasia Boyko was an Assistant Dean at Yale Law School who helped the #1 law school in the country build, what I think, is the #1 leadership development program in the country - the Tsai Leadership Program. Joe Tsai (YLS, '90) and YLS Dean Heather Gerkin must have so much pride in what the school has accomplished in a few short years. And lawyer/leaders will need to trust Indeed, Harvard Business School has some real competition when it comes to developing the next generation of world leaders. One thing is for sure, now more than ever, we crave leaders who can clearly articulate their core values and who have a deep appreciation of how crucible experiences shaped these deeply held beliefs, regardless of all the discomfort and change swirling around them.
