    Episode 82: On The Fence

Welcome back to IndieQuest your friendly, neighborhood indie game podcast!

On this episode we chat about the eclipse (and eclipse inspired drinks), games that are logical, games that are thoughtful, and games that are diabolical...

We also sit comfortably on the fence and have surprisingly deep conversations about indie games and how they are viewed many years after they hit the public consciousness.

Check out "In The Quest" an April Fools parody of the podcast done by our friends from the Polymedia discord: https://youtu.be/qDpmXwUOL3c?si=iLl56s6_xikBdh66

Episode 81: All Along the Watchtower

Episode 81: All Along the Watchtower

Welcome back to IndieQuest, your friendly, neighborhood gaming podcast!

On this episode we each bring something unique to the Quest Log! Steve brings an essential indie classic, Josh bring a unique if somewhat flawed co-op game, and Drachma brings a cartoony take on a formula created by another indie classic. We laugh, chat enthusiastically about games, and also talk about the weather a bit because we're almost-middle age dudes... :)

    Enjoy the good vibes!

Episode 80: IQ OST - Pass the Aux Cord

Welcome back to IndieQuest your friendly, neighborhood gaming podcast!

On this episode we bring back our Indie game music listening party - IndieQuest OST!

Kick back, relax, and listen to some of the hidden gems in the indie game music landscape! It runs the "gambit" (as Josh says more than once in the episode)  of a bunch of different genres, from orchestral tracks to... Synth-wave to... eh we'll leave it open for you to hear for yourselves!

(Check the chapters to skip tracks if you like, but we recommend listening to the entire thing!)

    Enjoy!

Episode 78: What a Great Idea!

Episode 78: What a Great Idea!

Welcome back to IndieQuest, your friendly neighborhood indie video game podcast!

On this episode we start off talking about some games we've been playing. We then chit-chat about some steam next fest fest that (mostly) Josh played. Then, of course, we wrap up with each of us bringing games to the quest log. This time it just so happens that we each bring a game with one cool/creative idea that executes it perfectly!

    Enjoy!

Episode 77: Second Opinion - A New Hope

Episode 77: Second Opinion - A New Hope

Welcome back to IndieQuest, a celebration of indie games!

On this episode we start off the show with some listener submitted comments and emails (spotify has a comment section, who knew?!) then we jump into our 4th ever second opinion discussion!

A second opinion episode is an excuse for all the hosts to dive headfirst into the quest log and play a game one of the other hosts placed there! Will there be controversy? Who's getting roasted?! Listen to the DRAMA unfold!! (or what most likely will happen is we'll just hang out and chat about some cool games...)

If you have a game you have played from the quest log let us know via email or twitter!

Great source for indie gems

I really appreciate this podcast introducing me to some great, lesser-known indie games.

The format is great, short and sweet, not just covering upcoming games but actually digging into the details about the games that are featured.

For the love of Indie Games!

IndieQuest feels like hanging out with friends as they chat about indie games they love. It's a simple premise, but it works.

Indiana Jones was right

Like Indiana Jones once said, "Indie games are great because I can afford them on a mere treasure hunter and professor's salary." Those famous words hold true today and that's why we call him "Indie" for short. If you are looking for some gaming experiences that are off the beaten path of mainstream popularity, are often more affordable, and push the envelop of creativity, then this podcast is going to highlight the ones you should be trying. They even give you homework. You like homework don't you nerd?
