    Cloudmont Ski Resort: Cindy Jones

    Did you know there is a ski resort in Alabama? Well there is and it is located on Lookout Mountain in Northeast Alabama. Cloudmont Ski Resort is one of a kind and offers a super fun night for any level of skier. When you arrive you can rent all the gear that you need, have a quick lesson from their staff, and then continue to learn for yourself on the hill. It is the perfect family activity. People come from all over to say that they have skied in AL. I recently was able to check it out for myself and we had a blast. They offer day and night skiing when they are able to blow snow. There is typically a short window of time that they are able to open in the winter because it is in the South.     Tallow has been all of the rage in the skincare world. I am loving incorporating this into my skincare routine day and night. I love how natural it is and free of chemicals and artificial fragrances. Sarah Mills-Bailey is the founder of Moon Lake Tallow. She shared how this business started and how it has taken off in just 1 year. There are different essential oils used within the tallow that all have different benefits. You cna purchase either whipped tallow or a tallow balm. Both have the same benefit but just come in two different forms.     With saunas bring all the rage right now, I had to bring Courtney Elling on the podcast to talk about her mobile sauna business and the benefits of sauna. I gained so much from this episode and it was so interesting to learn about these Nordic countries and how sauna is a way of life for them. I recently have began using the sauna more and more and I am so obsessed.
