    Tallow has been all of the rage in the skincare world. I am loving incorporating this into my skincare routine day and night. I love how natural it is and free of chemicals and artificial fragrances. Sarah Mills-Bailey is the founder of Moon Lake Tallow. She shared how this business started and how it has taken off in just 1 year. There are different essential oils used within the tallow that all have different benefits. You cna purchase either whipped tallow or a tallow balm. Both have the same benefit but just come in two different forms.     With saunas bring all the rage right now, I had to bring Courtney Elling on the podcast to talk about her mobile sauna business and the benefits of sauna. I gained so much from this episode and it was so interesting to learn about these Nordic countries and how sauna is a way of life for them. I recently have began using the sauna more and more and I am so obsessed.
