Ingleburn RSL - Implementing Vision and Values for a Brighter Future Stories From The Culture Equation

Ingleburn RSL was struggling with employee retention. The long-term and more senior staff felt they were accommodating for younger casual staff who didn't have the same level of investment and commitment to the club. 

Getting the cultural setting right was also important for the wider vision of the club including a planned redevelopment. The Culture Equation  ran a Culture Program to develop a set of shared values, a purpose statement and a range of initiatives that embedded new behaviours across the organisation leading to a reconnection of people to their intrinsic motivators to show up and give their best consistently.. The result is a much more supportive and engaged environment, a unified team, and an improved service to patrons.
