Favorite podcast!

My new favorite podcast to listen to! Niki is so full of knowledge and breaking things down so they are easier to understand! I’ve recently lost 10lbs incorporating things I’ve listened to on this podcast. I incorporated the things that fit for me into my lift style. I did not realize how stressed my body was until I started doing simple things like walking and the weight started to come off.

A new favorite

I’m pretty selective of what I listen to. I ultimately go to podcasts to learn and get practical information, but sometimes they are too sciency for me. This show felt like the sweet spot.

Getting comfortable in the uncomfortable

I will be tuning in more often and sharing with my friends!

Thank you Niki!
