    Bryan is a 30s something professional, wrestling fan living in NYC. About two years ago, for no obvious reason, he had a startled awakening when he was drifting off to nap. This triggered a year of ongoing sleeplessness. He is now sleeping well and has much to share including 1. Don't google it 2. Stay in bed and 3. Hard as it is, practice acceptance.

    Misan shares a story of how reading about FFI/SfI started producing the exact symptoms he was reading about. Now he wants to share so that others can feel reassured. Michelle is doing better but is having more trouble when she tries to produce the feelings that bother her at night during the day in an attempt to become more accepting. Derik has slept better but, insomnia was always lurking around until in the past weeks where it for no apparent reason started becoming a problem again. What to do? Sam no longer has insomnia, but rather a sudden awareness of falling asleep. We recognize this as Hypnic awareness which turns out to be pretty common. We talk about what to do when one has Hypnic awareness - as little as possible. Beni asks about adrenal fatigue and insomnia. Gavin time travels. His sister claims that he is sleeping.

I’m sleeping good again!

After the birth of my daughter I struggled with insomnia for months. I did all of the sleep hygiene suggestions and was even on sleep medication for a while. Thanks to this podcast I was able to get off my sleep meds and I am now sleeping great most of the time! Thank you Daniel for your work and for helping me to sleep again!

Daniel Erichson understands insomnia, and he cares!

I have been struggling with chronic insomnia for many years and have seen it all when it comes to treatments. Daniel understands the forces that drive insomnia and gets to the heart of the problem that affects all insomnia sufferers. His positive mindset, reinforcing behaviors and genuine care for his audience make this podcast a must have for anyone that is trying to let go of insomnia.

I also have his Bedtyme App

I started off with Daniel’s Bedtyme app and found that it was simple, easy to use, and made me much more conscious of my sleep patterns. I’ve incorporated it into my own sleep habits now and was excited to see his new podcast on the subject. This is really good info for any person who has sleep problems or knows someone who suffers from insomnia. Simple changes can make a big difference!
