    [11:46] - Challenges or bumps on the road are always tied to the things we want. Are you willing to show up and do what it takes?
    [14:21] - When you elevate, it is extended to the people in your life, too.
    [20:25] - This just doesn’t just apply to your business results. How we do one thing is how we do everything.
    [26:03] - On the outside, we may appear like we have it all together.
    [28:26] - No matter what I did, I could never increase my income, because I didn’t feel worthy of it.

    During this soul-nourishing event, I experienced some profound shifts in consciousness that I simply can't wait to share with you. From the transformative power of flexibility and surrender to the delicate dance between intention and letting go, there were ah-ha moments aplenty. But perhaps the most liberating takeaway of all was the revelation that it's okay—scratch that, it's essential—to stop feeling guilty for wanting more out of life. It's time to own our desires, embrace our dreams, and step boldly into the life we've always envisioned for ourselves.

    [4:21] - If you feel like you are not living up to your potential, the way you show up makes it hard to go after the things you want.
    [5:47] - Confidence makes reaching your goals possible.
    [7:22] - The gateway to confidence is self discipline. But confidence is perishable.
    [9:52] - There’s a notable and important difference between confidence and ignorance but they might look similar from the outside.
    [11:16] - Confidence is born out of following through with the things you tell yourself you will do.
    [15:23] - Just because you want to implement something everyday does not make it an ultimatum.
    [17:09] - If you have to start again, you haven’t lost what you’ve already done, learned, and earned.
    [19:50] - You have to be enrolled in yourself.
    [22:31] - It is inevitable to fear judgment especially when we put ourselves out there for the first time or after a negative experience.
    [23:37] - If you are truly being authentic, there will be some people who will not like it.
    [24:52] - People are a mirror. We need to be aware of ourselves because we see other people out of context.

    [28:36] - Reputation is what people say and think about you. Character is what you build.
