Phenomenal Podcast
Not only do I get to work with Kirsten in her one-on-one coaching (which I would highly recommend) but now I can share her wisdom in these podcasts with friends who want to know about intuitive eating. These podcasts share a lot of wisdom for people new to intuitive eating, but now that I have this and her coaching where we can discuss particular issues I have - I feel invincible! I’ve been practicing Intuitive eating for many years and this podcast has really helped clarify and simplify all the things that come up during the IE process and never-ending journey! It’s also a great podcast if you need a reminder that dieting (or any diet or restrictive-related behavior) doesn’t work! She makes you feel like you’re not alone! Highly, highly recommend this podcast wether you are just starting to heal your relationship with food or if you’ve been practicing for years, like me! I also went to school for nutrition and I love that she’s a dietitian that teaches intuitive eating!
