Smart, common sense

This is such a refreshing podcast - getting into that less-traveled space of eschewing diets but also acknowledging health desires and concerns. Important for anyone who wants to feel both healthy and free.

Life-Changing, Seriously!!!

I don’t even know where to begin in reviewing this podcast because it is amazing for so many reasons. If you are looking to get out of the toxic world of dieting please start here. Your future self will thank you! After 1 episode you will be filled with hope & inspiration that there is another way to live, one that is in harmony with your body rather than constant discord & confusion. I especially love that Dr. Reinold uses scientific studies to back up her arguments as well as bringing on guests who bravely share their stories of dieting & recovery from diet culture. I am 41 years old & for the 1st time in my life, I truly believe that dieting is the definition of insanity... you know, doing the same thing over & OVER again & expecting different results. I am done with it! I know it won’t be easy because we’re flooded with diet culture just about everywhere we turn. However, this podcast gives me the strength & support to rely on my own instincts to take care of me so I feel healthy in my body. It also means figuring out what healthy really looks like on MY body not someone else’s. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Dr. Reinold for the work you are doing!
