Life Changing

I can say without question this podcast has changed my life for the better. Jay's knowledge and approach to fitness and nutrition is second to none and can help you achieve your physical goals. I've personally been apart of one of his coaching groups in the relentless 90 challenge and have followed his tested and proven training approach for the last few years and will continue doing so. It isn't flashy or trendy maybe BUT it works. That's what matters.

His sponsors are top notch and I have become regular customers on multiple products from being introduced through this podcast. My sleep, gut health, and mental focus are just a few things that I have been able to optimize.

If all of that isn't enough, Jay brings on guests that literally could change your life's trajectory with the insight and experiences they share.

There are too many great episodes to try and list out as my favorites but if you're just getting started listening definitely binge listen to at least the last couple of years post covid. You will not regret it.
