Methylene Blue: Miracle Molecule or Overhyped Supplement? Unbiased Review of the Research

Is methylene blue really the powerful nootropic and anti-aging supplement that social media influencers claim? Or is it just another overhyped trend with potential risks? In this episode of Joe Cannon Health, I dive deep into the scientific research on methylene blue, separating evidence-based benefits from exaggerated marketing claims. 🔹 Does methylene blue boost brain function and memory? 🔹 Can it enhance mitochondrial energy production and fight fatigue? 🔹 What about anti-aging, anti-viral, neuroprotection, and longevity? 🔹 Are there real risks or dangerous side effects that influencers aren’t talking about? I’ll break down human clinical trials, explore its history in medicine, and discuss whether methylene blue is safe to take without medical supervision. If you’re considering this controversial supplement, don’t miss this unbiased review of methylene blue before making a decision.    Supplement Facts Coffee Mug: https://joecannon.creator-spring.com/listing/supplement-facts-mug   Consultations  https://supplementclarity.com/private-consultations/     Get My Rhabdo Book   Education is the best defense against getting rhabdomyolysis. Oral B Toothbrush Alert!

The Oral B toothbrush has a major design flaw that you need to be aware of. For over 20 years, I’ve used a Sonicare toothbrush, but as I realized it was coming to the end of its life, I decided to see if the Oral B toothbrush was better. I liked the Oral B, but I noticed it had areas where water, saliva, and food particles could enter the toothbrush head. To improve dental hygiene, I meticulously cleaned it with water to prevent bacterial growth. However, when I placed the Oral B toothbrush head in a glass filled with hydrogen peroxide, I quickly discovered what looked like black mold! I believe this is a design flaw that needs to be fixed.   Black mold health problems are well known, and this should be particularly concerning for those with immune disorders or parents of children.   For mold prevention on your oral B toothbrush, I suggest regularly soaking the toothbrush head in hydrogen peroxide or switching to a toothbrush that does not foster internal mold buildup.   Supplement Facts Coffee Mug: https://joecannon.creator-spring.com/listing/supplement-facts-mug   Consultations  https://supplementclarity.com/private-consultations/     Get My Rhabdo Book   Education is the best defense against getting rhabdomyolysis. Are NAD-Injections-safe?

There are people on TikTok and elsewhere are selling injections of NAD. Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide is an energy molecule that some feel is the key to slowing the aging process. Normally, people take supplements like NMN and nicotinamide riboside to boost cellular NAD. Those supplements do have their share of clinical research but what about injecting NAD directly into the body? Preliminary research suggests cancer cells need NAD to grow so what does this mean for intravenous NAD treatments? When I tried to tell people about this on TikTok, my video was banned. While NAD shots may be one day be proven safe, until that happens, I feel this message needs to get out in the hopes that it helps those who has a history of cancer. If you have a history of cancer, please speak to your physician before supplementing with NAD via injections.   Supplement Facts Coffee Mug: https://joecannon.creator-spring.com/listing/supplement-facts-mug   Nicotinamide riboside research https://supplementclarity.com/podcast/nicotinamide-ribososide-human-studies-review-podcast-69/     NMN & NR videos https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLmliBwDoqUP-KJu7BoXCVIaEWUQeIZfxg   Consultations  https://supplementclarity.com/private-consultations/     Get My Rhabdo Book   Education is the best defense against getting rhabdomyolysis.
