King John is the BEST!
I have been listening to John for years. When I moved out of the listening area I was lost and heart broken. The personality’s on WGN were family. Then I was introduced to streaming. Every day I wake to John and end my streaming interest with the end of Steve Burtrands show.
If I happen to miss any part of John’s show I come here and listen to the podcast of the show. Also listen to Mincing Rascals on here absolutely love it!!! Thanks John!!!
King John is the best
I live about an hour from Chicago. I listen to King John for a great number of reasons, not the least of which are his recommendations on things to do, places to see, restaurants, activities, etc., during my frequent adventures into this world class city. We travel overseas often, but cherish our adventures into Chicago because there is so much to see, experience, and enjoy, and can do it in a day trip, although we often spend a night or two in a local hotel. King John’s commentary on local and events are entertaining and insightful. When he left WGN a few years ago I stopped listening to the station, but now am a faithful listener throughout the day, with my home and car radios tuned in to 720 regularly. I wish WGN still carried the Cubs, but hey, you can’t have everything.
Thanks John. I truly enjoy your program, and look forward to the Mincing Rascals podcast every week.
