Life changing

this is the reason my a1c got out of the 7/8 range and has been in the 6 range for 3 years. Scott’s message is SO GOOD and he is spot on with trying to get rid of people’s fear of insulin. He simplifies type one in a way that is easy to understand and no matter how your body reacts, his methods are helpful! Thank you!!!

Thoughtful and so helpful

I just finished powering through all of the episodes and look forward to more! I was diagnosed July 30th, 2018 after a misdiagnoses of type 2 for 7 months. I learned more from the podcast in a few months than I ever would have learned from the NP at the endo office for the rest of my years to come. I am so grateful to Scott, he is a gem to the diabetes community and has been instrumental to my management. Thank you for your time and dedication!!!!

A Can’t Live Without it Podcast

This is like the holy grail for Type 1 diabetics. I am one of the lucky LADA Type 1 diabetics and I have learned more since finding this podcast than I have struggling through the last three years. WOW!! In a few weeks my average glucose has gone from 150 to 115. I even enjoyed birthday cake with my husband and my numbers never went over 170. Not something I could have even imagined before finding this podcast, but now I have some serious tools and have totally reframed my thinking. PLEASE keep it up. Hope Arden knows how lucky she is to have you!
