    On this episode Joe and Jake have GB international Callum Elson on the show. During this episode we chat about Callums rapid progression during Covid when he switched from university football to running a sub 4 minute mile in his 2nd ever one mile race. We also talk about Callum only just missing out on $50,000 dollars and a one mile road world record.     Absolutely Humbled, Almgren smashes Euro 10k

    in this latest episode of the podcast Joe gets absolutely humbled in a full on Hyrox sim. He talks through how it went and dare we say what went wrong! As well as this we talk about what else we have been up to over the last week and Andreas Almgrens absoutely awesome 10k where he ripped the race apart. We have a workout of the week and finished the episode by talking about Northern California 70.3 where Lionel and Sam Long went head to head again and Jason West seemed like he was back to his best.     The King is back, what is most likely to???

    on this episode me and Jake have a chat about our weeks and what we have been up to, how training has gone etc. we then chat about Jakob Ingebritsons comeback where he raced the European championships and won the 5k, it was almost as though he had never left despite not racing for 11 months. We then also have a chat about some silly things like which pro triathlete and Hyrox athlete would last longest on love Island! :) and who would be worse to go on a stag do with and a few others. we also speak about how my race went the other wek with Jordan Stanton who weighs 104kg where I had to put a 20kg weighted vest on to race him. we finish the episode chatting about a workout which you could do during the week?     A sit down with Marc Dubrick!

    In this episode me, Jake and Marc sit down for a chat regarding the ever changing landscape of long course triathlon, Marcs nomadic lifestyle where he currently finds himself in Norwich to give himself an extra 4 days on his visa which will allow him to compete in 70.3 worlds in Nice. Marc also talks us through some of his recent training changes including going self coached and getting the fastest run at 70.3 Poland this weekend just gone and how he plans to step his performances up to be a regular on the podium and fighting it out for the top spots in the worlds biggest races!     Triathlon, Hyrox, and what everyday items remind us of what athlete!

    3.42 mile WR, is Tadej beatable? And Ironman Lake placid!

    On this weeks podcast me and jake chat about what we have been up to, our highs and lows of the week. We also look into what has happened this week in sport which was a massive one with Josh Kerr breaking El Guerrouj 26 year old world record. The insane watts per kg numbers Tadej Pogacar is producing and can he be beaten and also look at a domination performance by Martin Van Riel at Ironman Lake Placid where he almost lead from gun to tape, smashed the course record and has put himself out there as one of the favourites for Kona!     My peak years, and why I retired!

    In this episode I tell the story of my peak years in triathlon, my Ironman wins from 2019 onwards, the injuries I sustained, the 12 hour tt record, and my 2022 season where I won 2 Ironmans, took part in the Sub 7 project and finished 5th I kona.
