Amazing science deep dive
I love how Dr Goldkamp dogs down to the science behind how living a ketogenic lifestyle benefits the body and mind.
Not a very nice guy
I listened to one episode and that was enough. Throughout it he was calling others who don’t do keto his way idiots. He made fun of people who drink protein shakes and those who eat high fat. Really!? You can’t get your point across without being condescending and name calling? Also, I was more confused on keto after listening to him then before. He starts out saying too much protein spikes blood sugar just like carbs, by the end he was saying people need more protein and less fat. I never did learn the “Secret” he professed he knew.
