His work is devoted to treating children with all types of Pediatric Orthopedic conditions and injuries. He has a special interest in neuromuscular disorders, such as cerebral palsy, and limb reconstruction.   After obtaining his medical degree from the Chicago Medical School, Dr. Tabaie trained in Orthopedic Surgery and clinical research at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital. He subsequently completed an advanced fellowship in Pediatric Orthopedics at the Shriners Hospitals for Children - Northern California and UC Davis Health, where he gained expertise in cerebral palsy treatment, child and young adult hip preservation, limb deformity treatment, club foot, and scoliosis. He then showed his dedication to the field of Pediatric Orthopedics by completing a second fellowship at The Royal Children's Hospital, where he gained further experience in the treatment of children with complex limb deformities and cerebral palsy. Dr. Tabaie has presented his research nationally, published scientific articles, and co-authored book chapters. He is a member of the Pediatric Orthopedic Society of North America, the Limb Reconstruction Society, and American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS). Originally from Charlottetown, PEI, he is on Physiotherapy Alberta’s restricted activity roster for both spinal manipulation and dry needling. He holds secondary certifications in Stretch to Win - Fascial Stretch Therapy®, Mobilisation of the Myofascial System (MMS) / Structural Myofascial Therapy (SFMT®), Mulligan Concepts, Neurological Proprioceptive Kinesio-Taping, and Custom Knee Bracing. Not only did he graduate above the 90th percentile of his class and serve as class president for four years, but he was also recognized with the Student Service Award. That award goes to the student voted by the graduating class as making the biggest impact on the field of podiatry. Beyond his peers’ recognition, Dr. Rimawi was inducted into the Pi Delta Honor Society for his achievements in his research and his studies.   With those accolades to his name, Dr. Rimawi continued on to a three-year reconstructive foot and ankle surgery residency at DeKalb Medical Center and Jefferson Health. His colleagues and the hospital staff at the latter named him the Podiatric Resident of the Year.  He’s a published author and accomplished lecturer, as well as an associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. During this fellowship, Dr. Ridley learned advanced arthroscopic and reconstructive surgical techniques for the treatment of complex disorders of the knee, hip, shoulder, and elbow as well as all sports-related injuries. While there, Dr. Ridley cared for professional athletes from the NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, ATP/WTA, and PGA tours in addition to treating collegiate, high school, and recreational athletes. Marco Lopez was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California’s (USC) - Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) program. Prior to this he also attended USC where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology with an emphasis in Applied Physiology. From 2011 to 2014, he was a Student Athletic Trainer and a Physical Therapy Aide. He worked alongside the USC basketball, football, and volleyball teams. Marco has a strong interest in ACL reconstruction rehab due to his own ACL reconstruction, which occurred in December 2017. Marco currently practices at Beach Cities Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in Manhattan Beach, California. Gabe Ignacio was born and raised in the Bay Area in Northern California, and currently resides in Orange County. He played basketball and golf competitively as a child and into high school, and had the opportunity to play on the D1 practice/scout basketball team at the University of the Pacific. Gabe received his Bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine and a minor in Psychology. After completing his undergraduate degree, Gabe entered USC’s Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Gabe currently practices at ProSport Physical Therapy & Performance at their Newport Beach/Costa Mesa location. He is currently the Orthopaedic Surgeon for Rugby Ontario. He previously acted as the Co-Orthopedic Surgeon for the Toronto Argonauts, the Medical Examiner for the Basketball Canada Men’s Senior team, and the Team Orthopaedic Surgeon for Toronto F.C.
