How often do we try to tackle life's problems and the agendas for the day in our own wisdom and strength?  Pastor Rob Golding puts it this way, "Today..... society expects us to be God. We have the world’s information in our pockets—we must be omniscient. We can respond to everything everywhere—we must be omnipresent. We have incredible technology that can solve “all” our problems—we must be omnipotent." God's purposes are vastly different! Rob Golding stopped by this morning to remind us that God is God and meeting with Him, first, should be our  highest priority.

No Fret Guitar Camp works to bring the gift of music and the joy of Christ to children and teens in low-income situations. The camp's life verse is based on Matthew 6:25, "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?" No Fret is making a big impact, having had over 150 successful camps sponsored by churches serving 1000 youth! Each of these students receive basic lessons and their very own guitar. Camp director Gary Brosch stopped by to share some details on how these camps share the love of Christ through the lifetime gift of music.
