    5 weeks in and had the biggest gain out of the cut so far.     Week 3 is over with a new low weigh in. 2.5kg drop so far with about 9kg to go.  Today I talk about the different kinds of people who track calories, I go through my diet for the week, and how easy it is to fall off track, and how to accept compliments about your progress when you don't want to.   Let's keep it going 13 weeks to go!
