Leadership Impact

Kari and Paul do a great job of expanding on core leadership principles by breaking them down in a way that you can understand and see them within your own organization. What I’ve appreciated most is how they then walk you, the listener, through challenges that most leaders face then giving practical ways to work through them. The episode on accountability addressing asking “what” questions vs “why” was especially illuminating and I’ve found it works equally well at home. Looking forward to season 3!

I am a new up and coming leader in my company and recently found Granger Network for leadership training at which point I was pointed to this podcast. It’s great supplemental information to learning with Kari’s team of coaches. I love that each podcast provides new insight on simple ideas that can have huge impact. It is concise and provides real meaningful insight I can use right away. I also really like the real world examples. Great podcast overall!
