In today's episode, I want to talk to you about burnout. I have experienced my fair share of burnout. Burnout is very common and I think we tend to wear burnout as a badge of honor.
But, we really need to reevaluate our priorities. Do we want to be running around every day of the week, or do we need to pause, take some time to breathe, and find some inner peace?
For me, that was the case.
