    As Realtors continue to experience what Nick Libert is calling "The Great Reset" in the real estate industry following the NAR Settlement proposal, many are re-evaluating their real estate agent business and brokerage relationships. A 16 year veteran of EXIT Realty with 26 years total as a licensed real estate professional, Nick is asking everyone to take a closer look at the EXIT model. While he appreciates the concept of profit share and multi-level platforms of revenue share for rewarding mentoring and helping a real estate brokerage grow, Libert feels a single-level, 10% residual bonus "referral fee" off the top creates more of a human-based relationship and less potential for variables and disappointment. With many MLM structured brokerage brand incentive programs come the requirement to recruit a certain number of people in order to "activate" the rest of the "legs" of a downline, resulting in impaired income potential.
