    Doing the Work

    In this episode, I discuss the unhealed parts of us that we may or may not be aware of. How things that we've gone through can shape who we become well into our adulthood. I hope to encourage those that are listening to do the work - look at those areas where you're not healed, look at your toxic traits and learn to deal with the hard parts of you.
