    Doing the Work

    In this episode, I discuss the unhealed parts of us that we may or may not be aware of. How things that we've gone through can shape who we become well into our adulthood. I hope to encourage those that are listening to do the work - look at those areas where you're not healed, look at your toxic traits and learn to deal with the hard parts of you. It's so freeing but it is an ongoing process. This is one path that I chose to take to ensure that I become the best version of myself while also holding myself accountable.
