Attachment styles explained soooo much
Episode 230…it was like a light-bulb went off! I’ve listened to a lot of self-help podcasts lately, trying to find clarity and this one was it. This anxious-attached women is sending it to the avoidant-attached man in my life! Thank you so much for this episode. I feel like a weight was just lifted off my chest.
spot on
I’ve listened to a lot of podcasts on attachment style/narcissist abuse etc…and many are male podcasts. It’s so nice to listen to Dr Morgan as a woman and someone who has experienced herself personally many of the things she speaks about on the podcast. I would love to get in on this ESL program. I could sooooo use it right now for healing and to grow and change my attachment style to secure. Not sure if it’s coming to a close but she’s definitely someone I trust and relate to SO SO many things she talks about regarding attachment styles and dating the same type of the “wrong guy”. I need to reprogram my brain! she’s a delight to listen to while I’m at work. I will continue to listen. Keep up the good work Dr Morgan!
Dr Morgan Coaching
Dr. Morgan thank you so much for helping me throughout my healing journey. I have come to recognize that I have some things I need to work on as well as healing from past relationships. I joined your FB page and you requested me asking questions about my attachment style. I commend you for working with those who can benefit from your knowledge as well as from your program. ♥️ Queens healing Queens.
