I’ve been working on attachment styles for well over a year now and find Dr. Morgan’s podcast was just what I needed to finally flip the switch from anxious to secure. I also work with a personal therapist and we discuss many of the learnings I have through the podcasts and reading on my own. While it is always a work in progress, I feel that I have an astute understanding of what healthy relationships look like.
To me Dr.Morgan’s podcast is very informational. It is powerful and she does it with elegance to help the listener be real with one’s self, and to get them to take a good look at a more powerful form of thinking and that there is always time, and there’s always a way to find helpful ways to heal through anything.
Great podcast, a must to share with friends
Listening to many of her podcasts after a break-up and I’ve learned so much! She changed the way I look at dating and will go into dating/relationships in the future feeling more confident to be myself and to set boundaries that I never set in a relationship before. There’s an attachment theory quiz that she has and I found out I’m mainly anxious attachment which is good to know because she talks about attachment theory all the time. I definitely recommend this podcast. Listen to one and you’ll be hooked too 😁
