Worth a Listen

Taylor certainly knows her stuff and she invites a diverse cross-section of guests to join her on the podcast. Taylor often refers to listeners as “you guys.” Although this is a common way of addressing a group, a less-gendered term is highly preferable. Also, although Taylor does a great job of inviting guests to talk about issues like gender and race, she often presumes her guests identify with the strict gender binary and are heterosexual which is confusing considering she has had multiple episodes in which she argues against these ideas. Regardless, Taylor is smart and relatable, and Let’s Talk About It is a fine podcast.

Absolutely Wonderful

This podcast has made me laugh and cry. There are inspirational stories and great advice. The episodes on going to a therapist, becoming a therapist and being a therapist are informative and inspirational. Anyone who's followed her journey through the Bachelor franchise will realize how unfairly she was presented and regardless of whether you think you know her or not, you should listen to this podcast!

One of my favorite podcasts!

I started listening to "Let's Talk About It" right after it starting airing in December of 2017. At that time, I had just recently started going to therapy and addressing some of the mental health concerns that I had been ignoring for a long time. Listening to this podcast every week makes talking about mental health feel like a normal part of every day life. I appreciate that Taylor addresses a variety of topics related to mental health and within the broader scope of wellness and I really feel like I learn something or come away from each episode with knowledge, inspiration, or greater understanding. I've recommended the podcast to several of my friends and I look forward to it coming out every week. Thank you for all of the work you are doing Taylor! I appreciate you!
