I just came across Michael via Instagram at just the right moment in my life. In just a few times listening to Michael guide me into a more calm day by taking a break I have found my mind yearning for more. I’ve never meditated ever before and it feels like it’s been such a mental benefit to my overall day. Kindness in action. Did my conversation with you ever have an effect on you? I listen to you and I think that you speak your perspective but the facts need to be researched elsewhere. I feel that you should just lead with the meditation and skip the story.
