I truly love this podcast. In a world where "self-help" is so prevalent and we constantly feel the need to learn more, do more and BE more, this podcast is a grounding gift that teaches you how to be present, content in your current circumstances and compassionate towards yourself because you are a human being. Stephanie gives helpful resources with each podcast to help you delve more into the material, as well as real-world examples to illustrate the concepts. While I am someone always striving to progress and become better than I am, this podcast has helped make daily life more peaceful for me as I continue my journey of progression as a working mom. I've learned about life-changing concepts, like mindfulness, self-compassion, nervous system regulation and others that have lessened the voice in my head that screams I am not good enough. This podcast is truly a breath of fresh air, and my favorite go-to, real and insightful listen. I highly recommend this podcast.
