Chrisbeck2 ,

Great podcast

Really enjoyed the podcast. Just found it today. I cannot say I’m much of an athlete but I do consider myself a fitness enthusiast.

Absolutely awesome interview!

Loved loved loved the episode, “How music, intensity, and mindset effect your mood after your workout!”. I loved the guest and I related to every word she said I immediately bought her book, “Joy of Movement.” I can’t wait to read it! Thank you Emily for a fantastic interview!

ionaholloway ,

Great for former competitive athletes!

As a former athlete, it’s cool to hear Emily’s perspective! I spend most of my 20s mourning the loss of my student athlete life, and know many people who felt the same way! Love these kind of conversations.
