Weightloss for Women Over 50: Deb Lost 110lbs at 56

Weightloss for Women Over 50: Deb Lost 110lbs at 56

Do you believe it's really hard to lose weight after 40? And, that after menopause, it's basically impossible?
    Deb thought so, too.
At 56 and post-menopausal, Deb had tried everything to lose weight. She'd been on diets since she was 12, joining and rejoining Weight Watchers over 20 times.
Deb was a secret eater who believed she was powerless around food. So, she stopped weighing herself at 256. And almost gave up on weightloss.
But then she found this podcast. And eventually joined No BS.
In a full circle moment, you'll hear from Deb on the podcast today. Listen to "Weightloss for Women Over 50" for her story, including:
The "self-care" lie she told herself for years (and how she finally saw through it) The mindset shift that changed everything for her Why feeling "broken" might actually be your superpower Don't let age, hormones, or past failures keep you from the body and life you deserve. Listen now and learn how one woman rewrote her story – and how you can, too.

The One Thing that Makes Weightloss Easier

Some days, weightloss feels easy. You wake up full of energy, skip that 3pm snack you don’t need, and get plenty of water and sleep.
But other days, it feels impossible. You fight with your kid or partner, the dog takes a dump on the floor, and your boss “volun-tells” you to work late.
On tough days like this, there’s a secret superhero you can call on to stay on track with your weightloss: your WHYS.
That's right -- whys with an "s." Because it's a myth that you need only one. In today’s episode - The One Thing that Makes Weightloss Easier - I'm debunking that and other myths:
Myth #1: You only need 1 “strong” why Myth #2: Your why needs to be really “deep” Myth #3: You don’t need a “why” to lose your weight Listen in to not only hear the truth about your whys, but also:
The exact steps to find your whys (including a brand-new step I haven't shared before) Examples of whys from me and other No BS women Questions you can ask yourself if you get stuck One of my whys for showing up week after week is to share anything I can to help you lose weight. It's what keeps me going. Tune in today to learn exactly what you can do to find your whys and keep going.

I love Corinne

I just found this podcast a few days ago. I got sick and tired of being sick and tired about my weight. I’m about 100 lbs overweight, and it doesn’t make me feel good emotionally or physically. I love listening to podcasts, but it didn’t occur to me to try and find a podcast about weight loss. Let me tell you… 2 minutes into the first podcast of Corinne’s I started listening to, and I was in love. I curse like a sailor in my day to day life - and Corinne curses just like me, which immediately let me know that this woman is *my people*. I have struggled with my weight the majority of my life, and I have tried it ALL… and there are things that Corinne has said, in the way Corinne says things, that has already changed my life! And that’s just in a few days/maybe listening to about 7 of her episodes. I am so very excited to continue listening, and finally live my best life for good. Thank you, Corinne, for your honesty, your realness, and your sailor speaking ways. I already love you so much.

Really good motivation for weight loss

I don’t typically write reviews but reading several of the other reviews saying that Corinne is “conning and grifting” prompted me to write this. I’m listening to a free podcast. She offers tons of free material including a free program on her website. She’s the opposite of a con, people. I have never given her a dime but admire her willingness to help others who can’t afford her program. She’s very upfront about her childhood being poor and worried about where the next meal would come from.

If you overeat and make excuses about it, this is the podcast for you. She’s awesome.

First time listener, sitting in car crying.

I’ve never written a review in my entire life. April 12, 2024 episode of The 7 Tips that helped me Lose Weight… every single word is me. Completely relatable. I’m so exhausted and everything makes so much sense now.
She is so real. So funny. So honest. I feel…. Seen.
