A must for understanding ADHD

I’ve been recently diagnosed with ADHD as a 40 year old woman, and boy did it put me in a tailspin! This podcast has been heaven sent in helping me see the positive sides of ADHD and understanding my personal tendencies better. I really appreciate Tony and Julie’s vulnerability in sharing their experiences with how ADHD shows up in their lives. Their ability to communicate nuggets of wisdom with humor is exactly what I want as I learn how to manage this diagnosis for myself. Love it!
