The Mac and Woolley Show is a podcast about inspirational business leadership. We discuss topics at the intersection of spirituality and leadership that are important for every business person anywhere, anyone striving to be a better leader. We chat about insights from various spiritual traditions and share ways that you can practice such as meditations and mindfulness techniques. Occasionally, experts and business leaders will join us as well. Perhaps most importantly, each show should give you a little space to contemplate the ideas and reflect upon their consequences for your personal and professional life. The show should give you a little stillness and reduce some noise so that you can perceive your truth.

A moment of reflection in a fast paced world

It is easy to forget the development of oneself in the churn of everyday life. We put others and our jobs before our own personal development. It is great to hear a podcast that speaks to internal reflection. Looking forward to hearing more podcasts from the Mac and Woolley Show!

Timely topics

It’s so encouraging to hear such a holistic approach to business. I heard of “teal organizations” blending spirituality into business and it’s so great to listen to others speaking on this. Keep it up!!

The Good Stuff.

To put it simply, it’s the good stuff. It offers perspective, GENUINE perspective, on obstacles anyone - not only in the business field - might deal with today. It was the right timing listening in on episode 2 & 3 cohesively. As a college student I took a lot from these podcasts. A person needs to put their spiritual and emotional needs before their financial ones (which can be swapped with shallow success, good grades, or any superficial desire). Moreover, this podcast is truly a guide/GPS for any person who is working, learning, or just living. It offers structure in an enjoyable and easy way to understand.
