Functionality over performance in a room full of high performers. Cross Conditioning Training is focused on helping people move and feel better through all stages of life. Many of our participants have battled some setback or worked through something challenging to get to the point that they want more individualized attention, thus leading us to define our motto as: “We can Do Hard Things.” And that we did when we opened our first brick and mortar location during the height of the COVID pandemic. Here to learn!
Just finished the first episode and can’t wait to hear and learn more from this amazingly talented team.
Looking forward to learning with CCT
Right out of the gate with the first episode, I can tell that this podcast will mirror the training philosophy as I’ve experienced it at CCT—disciplined, focused, and intentional.
So many podcasts make me feel like I’m eavesdropping on personal conversations filled with inside jokes, but that’s not the case here. Jen and Sarah are talking directly to us and are clearly passionate about sharing information to inform, encourage, and nurture the community they obviously care deeply for.
I can’t wait for more of these conversations that will inevitably keep reminding me that I am strong and can do hard things! 💪
