Saying it out loud will be my new normal!
Love this so much.
Please keep talking and being the voices of change. King and queen of saying it out loud and getting to the bottom of things have a lively chat!
Say it
You two helped me so much today and in the future to say what I need to say out loud. For me it’s writing because I’m a journal lover and a poet. Thank you both. What a powerhouse she is! I love it. Reminds me of Durga!
You changed my narrative!
Mark, from the bottom of my heart I want to thank you for the work you’re doing. I grew up in a very toxic religious system and had no idea how to have a healthy relationship. Co-dependency ruled my life. About year nine into my marriage I stumbled across your podcast. For the first time in my life I could see the relationship tendencies I had created around the environment I had been raised in and how it had effected every aspect of my life. I decided that my relationship did not serve me and I ended it. I had to face the judgement from the religious community I was surrounded by but the freedom and growth and expansion that followed was worth every ounce of condemnation I felt. I’ve since started my own podcast called “Changing the Narrative.” Thank you for inspiring me to pursue the calling in my heart and helping me develop healthy relationships that no longer revolve around co-dependency. It’s been a whirlwind of change but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
