Me & codependency

I have been listening to this podcast for about six months now. I am so impressed with how Mark selects guests and topics to discuss that are so relevant. The podcast has been an essential component of my healing process and I listen to them in tandem with my own personal therapy. Since I have heard other of Mark’s podcasts I was particularly struck by this one. There is an emotion and vulnerability that he shares that demonstrates a fearlessness that inspires me. Thank you Mark for all your work and for the feelings you share with the community at large. It’s been so impactful for me. ❤️

Episode #42 - Breaking up with technology

Great episode! Mark and his guest take a deep dive into the gradual shift our brains have taken with the advent of “smart” phones, and ways we can be more mindful of our time on social media and overall phone use.
