On repeat...

I’ve recently started listening to Mark’s podcast after searching for meaningful dialogue to help me through the difficult time of ending my relationship. His soulful wisdom and practical advice, and that of his guests, has already motivated me to start the healing process. The questions that he asks of his audience have provided me with the groundwork I needed to figure out what I want, why I do what I do, and even who I am. I have replayed several of his podcasts already, usually when I’m on my nightly walk, and hear something applicable each time.
I’ve also signed up for his Breakup Rebirth course and have learned so much in only a few days. I cannot recommend his podcast more. I wish I could send an episode to my soon-to-be ex (specifically the one with Dr. Jermey Goldberg) but will hope instead that it finds him without my influence. Listen to Mark...you won’t be sorry you did. <3

Podcast review

Such a informative podcast, absolutely love listening to him and watching his Instagram. Def a close second, in my book to Mel Robbins. If you ever get a chance to see him at one of his seminars do it. Well worth your money.

Resonates on many levels

I’ve been following Mark on Instagram for almost a year, and finally took the time to explore his work in more depth by listening to his podcast. I am so glad I have. From whole self nourishment, to doing things that are hard but are good for you, to setting and respecting yours and others’ boundaries, to understanding and channeling anger, I’ve already learned so much and feel less alone in my experiences. Even though I’m in a healthy relationship, I find the podcasts support my growth as an individual and how I show up as a partner and a person to the world around me - and really, myself.

The guests Mark has on have filled my Instagram feed with knowledge and positivity. I’ve ordered their books and am excited to read them.

Mark’s ability to curate useful information, foster open conversations and ultimately address the complex human condition is very impressive - and most importantly, helpful.

Thank you, Mark!
