An extremely valuable resource
This podcast is a goldmine. And it’s free! I worked with Rebecca in group coaching for 12 weeks last year and I’ve kept up with her podcast to keep these things fresh in my mind ever since. It’s such valuable information and honestly nothing has helped my anxiety more than the thought work she teaches. I would recommend (and have, a lot) this podcast to anyone who has ears, a brain, and any form of anxiety/negative thinking because you could learn something from it!
A must-listen if you’re dealing with anxiety or insecurity in relationships
Rebecca gets it and she has so many brilliant insights on how to address it.
Highly recommend
I’ve been following Rebecca on IG for several months and finally realized I should start listening to her podcasts - I am thoroughly impressed with the content. Her methodologies (the thought model) aligns with my therapist’s approach as well, which is helpful. The thought work is completely invaluable and I actually feel a shift in my mind and body now that I’m shifting my thinking and thoughts about myself and others. Thank you!
