Listening to Kathy is easy. She’s clearly knowledgeable and passionate about sharing helpful information in quick snippets. I’ve followed her on social, joined her FB group, and joined her 6-Week Jump Start after listening to her. I love that’s she’s knowledgeable because of research and training but because she’s experienced this herself.

I’m pretty healthy overall, I just need some science, as well as nudges and reminders, to clue me in on ways stay looking and feeling good during menopause. Kathy does that.
