This is simply me reading stuff. "Stuff" being poems and literature and essays and letters. And I'm also talking and praising and laughing and almost crying and hating and living and dying and loving and some other stuff. I try to keep this under 20 minutes because I have a deep fear of boring people.

I have Alan Ginsberg reading "America", I have Langston Hughes reading "The Negro Speaks of Rivers", but I'd rather hear Robin introduce me to a new poet or author every week, or make me remember why I loved one. Art makes art.

Long-time listener, first time reviewer! I’ve long been a fan of Robyn's amazing and intricate drawings, and was delighted to discover her podcast. I always loved poetry in my youth, and this love has been rekindled with Robyn's book-throwing enthusiasm for the poems she reads to us. The episodes are a great way to start or end the day--always with a check in and much needed reminder to drink water and be kind to ourselves. As a fellow artist often working solo in my studio, Robyn feels like a kind of long-distance studio mate and artist friend. And seriously, what could be better than having someone read to you? Thank you Robyn for your care for your listeners and for sharing your love for poetry with us.
