    If you ever feel stuck or panicked, just take a moment to hold space for yourself without judgements. Don’t analyse your situation or even try to control. Just become aware of your breathe and try to deepen your breathing. You’ll notice a sense of calm wash over you almost immediately. I hope these whales have a calming effect over your mind. . .     The tantrik traditions believe that the soul has no gender. As humans we all have a fragment of divine feminine and masculine within us. When they both complement each other in a beautiful balance , life feels vibrant and fulfilling. However, over the last thousand years because of patriarchy and conditioning we have been forced to dominate one over the other. Some of us are functioning in a dominated feminine energy while some of us are stuck predominantly in a masculine dominant energy. These affirmations are an attempt to accept your inner masculine and allow him to dance through you. To move into a more assertive, fiery, passionate, strong self. Welcome the God, activate your inner masculine and let him shine through you. I am attractive, powerful & divine expression of the masculine energy I honour myself and everyone around me.
